FAQ

I'm having a hard time lighting my candle and/or getting the wick to stay lit — can you help me fix this?

Make sure your wick is trimmed! The black part of the wick from previous burns should be trimmed down. This shorter wick height is important to allow the wick to feed the flame properly. When lighting your candle, try to hold your lighter/matches on the wick for around 5 seconds to let the fire really "catch." Remember, because we only use wood wicks, your candle is like a mini fire!

How long does it take to process my order?

Since the majority of our products are custom, please allow 2 — 4 days for us to complete assembly of your order. If you selected the pickup option to obtain your products, you will receive an email/text when your order is ready for pickup. Similarly, you will receive an email/text with tracking information when your order has shipped. 

How long will it take for my candles to arrive?

Current shipping times are as follows:

Canada & USA: approx. 1 - 2 weeks shipping time

Our prices are displayed in CAD but can also be viewed in USD.

What is 2HTC's policy regarding refunds and returns?

If you are not satisfied with your product or would like to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@2hottocandle.com to discuss a refund and/or return. Our priority is ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase!

Custom candle orders are non-refundable due to the nature of the order.  

Can 2HTC products be purchased for wholesale and/or retail?
